HELLO AND WELCOME TO MY WEBSITE!
My name is Cynthia Mulvaney and I have been both a professional artist and a mom for over 35 years!
My combined love for art and children's entertainment came from my first days as a young mom, wanting to give my three daughters a magical and fun space to call their own as children..so I got to it and painted their bedrooms like fairytale lands, which stirred their imaginations and provided hours (years!) of fun and imaginative play.
I took that first art and childhood-enriching experience and decided to become a muralist. I painted murals of all kinds in children's bedrooms, pediatrician's offices and amusement parks for the next 20+ years. It was an amazing and fun experience and, after being asked if I would paint faces at one of the amusement parks I was working at, I discovered the incredible joy of face painting and children's party entertainment!! I quickly learned the prettiest, funniest and best-loved face painting designs that children really loved and began face painting at parties and events, as well as balloon-twisting to round it all out!
Always interested in makeup and hair design, I discovered that many girls (and boys, too!) were interested in 'becoming princesses and/or princes.. to have the one-on-one magical pampering that ends with a beautiful transformation and a feeling of magic and wonder in looking like a princess (or prince) from one of their favorite movies!! The look on children's faces is priceless and I enjoy being able to share my talents to create that wonder and joy for youngsters..there's no better feeling in the entire world!
